Opening Reception

Gallery 200 will once again highlight the beautiful artwork of its artists in an exhibit of blooming inspirations. To complement the City of West Chicago’s Blooming Fest, Gallery 200 will kick off this month-long show at the beginning of May. ART IN FULL BLOOM will feature several media and many artists of the gallery, all inspired by the blooming of spring and the renewal of the season. Come in and be inspired to smell the flowers so to speak – a visual motivation.
We invite you to meet the artists at our opening reception on Friday, May 6th, 6 pm to 8 pm – Just in time to shop for Mother’s Day. View this May exhibit during normal gallery hours (2-6 on Thursdays and Fridays, and 10-4 on Saturdays). You can also see the Alebrijes Creature of a Dream World exhibit that is on display at Gallery 200. It is a sneak preview of the fantasy animals that will be on display at Cantigny this summer.
