Fun and Functional Fused Glass Art
Opening Reception
Friday November 5 from 6-8 pm
Come to see the fused glass and meet the artists. See how the fused glass process works. Get raffle tickets to win our collaborative piece (shown above).
Five glass artists will present art in the dynamic medium of fused glass. Sue, Valerie, Rob and Maria work together at Rita’s studio. Together they learn new techniques and try new processes, This collaboration inspires them and helps them to evolve as artists. During the opening reception, equipment and in-progress samples will be be on display to show you the processes used to create the beautiful fused glass art. Observe how each artist has used the same techniques to create unique results.
Native American style flute music by Russ Tripp will provide a calming background for the reception. Due to mask requirements, the flute music has been recorded, and the ensemble will not be playing live (as previously advertised).

COVID Restrictions
Masks are required in Gallery 200. Unfortunately that means we cannot serve refreshments.
Parking Update
The normal Gallery 200 parking lot – the one South of the Gallery on Washington Street – is closed. No big deal. There is a big lot behind Gallery 200 – between Gallery 200 and the Burger place (formerly Tastee Freeze). There is also lots of street parking. This parking lot closure should not cause a problem.
